JACINTA FITZGERALD
Jacinta is committed to supporting organisations to use business for good and create positive impact by finding solutions to some of our most complex social and environmental challenges.
Jacinta is a strategist, connector, and communicator specialising in sustainability and circular economy. With experience spanning the commercial and not-for-profit sectors in Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, London and New York, Jacinta works with businesses to tailor holistic solutions to a broad range of complex socio-ecological challenges.
A systems thinker with a problem solving mindset, Jacinta's expertise lies in diagnosing complex problems and building strategies that create positive outcomes for business, people and nature. Skilled at developing systems and processes, and implementing on the ground programmes that put words into action, Jacinta has a depth of experience implementing sustainability initiatives.
Building on her detailed understanding of systemic sustainability and circular economy principles, Jacinta also provides expertise in global frameworks, research, analysis and report writing.

Jacinta says:
I believe business has a huge opportunity and responsibility to lead this important mahi. I have been fortunate to work with many leading organisations such as Kowtow, Matteau, Project Just, Mindful Fashion New Zealand, Moana New Zealand, Bally and Content, on projects as diverse as strategic planning, sustainable procurement, circular design and measuring carbon footprints.
At my core I am a problem solver and creative thinker and I use my innate curiosity and determination to make positive change happen. It's my mission to help businesses move towards a regenerative future, through the power of community, integrity and imagination.
